First bumper scratch...

So, I was parallel parking today...

Normally, I am extremely cautious with my new Civic, but for some reason, I happened to tap the bumper of the car behind me ever so slightly. After parking it successfully, I went out to check my rear bumper. There were two scrapes! The POS car behind me had his license plate frame screws sticking out of the plate, and it made some scratches in my bumper. Any recommendations on how to patch this up? There is a very small plastic piece/scrap that looks like it is held on by some mesh stuff within the bumper...I'm thinking on how I can touch this up...

Damn...and I was looking forward to detailing the car when I come back from college in a couple of weeks. I hope this little scratch won't make a huge difference...

post pics of the scratches man. if you cant feel it with your fingernail (which im guessing u can) then it can be buffed out. but if you can feel it with ur fingernail look into a product called langka. www.langka.com. it does wonders. its perfect for scratches and small chips. that way you wont have to shell out big bucks to get ur whole bumper repainted.
