I called the Honda USA phone number AND stopped by my dealer. They had never heard of this before? Both told me that I was the "only person that has ever complained about rear tire wear". I really find that hard to believe.

I'm subscribed, let me know what the S/B says. I couldn't find anything online about it either? I want to print it out and take it to the dealer!

I even got the service manager to come out on the lot and look at the 08 rear camber vs my 06 rear camber. He said, "yeah, they do look different"?

Thanks for the heads up,
Brian

As far as I can see, the TSB # is VIII-10-07 "ENEVEN OR RAPID REAR TIRE WEAR"

This is a Canadian TSB.

Anyhow, just waiting for the "special new rear upper control arms", which are on backorder.

I have a 07 Civic SE and I'm on my third set of rear tires. I know it's not the tires.... My last set wore out at 7000 miles as was due to the rear upper arm cannot be adjust (camber) out far enough maek make it true. I have found that buying a aftermarket upper arm with a better adjustment to the camber it will fix the problem. Anyone else find the same...

^this is why the 08+ models have a differrent part # upper control arm, and the rear - camber is not as noticable. i forsee a recall in the near future.

My dealer is waiting for new control arms to come in and is planning on changing them out and slapping on a set of replacement tires as mine are toast. Cross cupped and worn at 14K miles. Nasty flat spots causing vibration.

They knew what it was when I drove in and immediately set to work finding a district manager to approve the tire replacement.

What dealer did you go to? I am making a list of dealers willing to fix this problem (at Negative Camber Problem; What You Need To Do To Get The Upper Control Arms Replaced - GreenHybrid - Hybrid Cars) and I would greatly appreciate any dealer names. Anyone else willing to give dealer names, they would be greatly appreciated!
