whirring noise?

i have an 07 civic si, it recently started this weird whirring noise i think it my be the ac compresser clutch.. has anyone had this problem? thanks in advance for your input ............

When does it happen?

With the windows down the timing chain makes a pretty audible whirr type sound around 4k rpm, it was very noticeable when I bought my car but now I don't notice it.
