Can't turn ignition

So I disconnected the battery for a HID install and decided to remove some of the fenderwell for a better look at the lights. Well I turned the wheel without the key in and it locked... I figure its no big deal... ill just turn the ignition and resume turning the wheels. The ignition is stuck now though, I can get the key all the way in but I can't turn it. I have the battery reconnected now and still can't figure it out. Anyone know whats going on?

EDIT: Nevermind just figured it out...

Which way were you turning the wheels?

Let's say you turned the wheel left. Put your key in the ignition, turn the wheel the left and hold it, there should be some leeway, then try to turn the ignition.

yeah thats exactly what i did, had to take the pressure off and the ignition turned np..
