Small section of paint missing on my sedan's front bumper- anyone else?

I was looking around underneath my 07 sedan the other day and noticed that there is a small 2" by 3" section of paint missing on the right (passenger) side of the front bumper down by the rubber lip. I know on the coupe that there is a few sections were the paint is missing from the factory. I assume this is the same issue-

My concern is the section that is bear will start to peel! I am taking this to the dealers attention when they replace my wheel for a peeling issue as well-

odd, im too lazy to walk downstairs to look though, maybe you scraped it on something.

no scrape- its perfectly smooth...
