only for people who have had 3rd gear "fixed" by dealership

I had my car in to the dealer about three months ago.
1. they swapped to the newer fluid per jan 07 service news
worked for about 5 days then didnt work
2. then they replaced 3rd and 4th gear synchros as well as the shift fork i believe. worked for a bit, fixed the popping out of 3rd gear, but now 3rd and 4the 4th are both equally notchy and grindable. doesnt pop out of gear, but still grinds and causes problems.

my question is, for the ones that have gone as far as step 2 with the dealer did this solve the problem for you? i know some people have done this step 2 and topped off with amsoil and they claimed it should be fine? should i go back to dealer for whole new tranny...would that help? maybe they should replace them again and then swap to amsoil.

the car is an 06 fiji, i love it, plan to mod it, only 17k miles and its 100% paid off and owned by me. it would be financially great for me to keep my car for another 4 years 60k miles or so if i can keep all of the 6speeds of the transmission from going out.

really appreciate the help

I had the 3rd gear "notch" but that was easily remedied by the new tranny fluid. For sure take your car back to the same dealer who "fixed" it the last time because they will have a record of all of the service work done on your car.

i disagree. Go to another dealer. Why go back to the ex who cheated on you in the past? NO, what you do is move on and find somebody new. Another dealer...a whole new mindset. Speak w/service mgr. Call Honda NA 1800-999-1009 x118267 Ask for Charles. He's the guy I spoke with. If he's unable to help you at least he'll guide you in the right direction. He got me 2day rental car + a full tank of gas(mine was on empty when I dropped it off). Make sure your problem is documented.
