Cold air/ cat back exhaust

Just wondering if there are any known problems with installing an AEM cold air intake?

And what is involved in installing an after market catback exhaust? Are all the mounts the same, and is it a matter of unbolting the old(stock) one and installing the new one????? I did all this on my other car, (91 CIVIC) but i started headers and went striaght pipe, so a little different...

Thanks for all the help!

aem cai has had some issues with the intake burbing basically the MAF sensor freaks out due to large amounts of air passing by all of a sudden then going back to a normal amount of flow and throws a CEL. Cat back exhaust will use factory mounting points and is as simple as unbolting the old and bolting up the new

i hope they do. i loved my V2 on my rsx type s. but i see them fixing the overflow of air kinda defeating the purpose of the V2.but the chances of you having problems with CAI isnt very big so go for it if thats what you want to do.

yea i was thinking bout rims, but then i started to think, rims(a good set) with rubber and mounted and all that is going to cost about 2500 CAD for 18's , so i just might put a new exhaust and a cold air intake, so that way i get a little more hp under the hood and leave the stock rims on for now...
