Chipping paint on my Si

I know Honda is notorious for cheap paint, and paint chips have been a big issue for many of you on here.

My question is that, my Si is about 2 months old and has 2 paint chips on the front and one mysteriously on the side panel. I know paint chipping is inevitable no matter what you drive, but what did you guys do/say to the dealerships that managed to get your bumper/hood/etc. repainted under warrenty?

I can understand the chips on the front, but wtf... one on the side too?

Mine did the same thing. I got some touch-up paint, and you can't even tell there were chips in the paint. I've had mine for about a year now, and after the first few chips, no more problems. I don't know if the paint just wasn't set all the way when I first got the car or what, but it seems to be good now. I think I got the touch-up paint from CHH.

i feel ya man. my car is about 3 months old (door panel says that my car was made this past july) and the paint on the crease/molding of the tail light has cracked/chipped off. best bet:

1. new paint job
or
2. touch up paint.

I'll most likely go the touch up route, but where are the guys at that got their front ends repainted free via the warrenty?

I would like to hear your stories if at all possible.
