STRI DSD SLM2 Gauges (cheap defi solution)

I just recently bought some STRI DSD SLM2 gauges which are more or less the same as the defi gauges... The three gauges i bought are the Water Temp, Oil Temp and Intake Pressure. These gauges also operate on the digital stepper drive and are black faced which also has the openning and closing ceremony and are about half the price of defi guages...

From my knowleadge the normal temp for the Water is around 85-95 degrees and Oil Temp is just a little bit higher.

In regards to the Intake Pressure i don't understand how it works or maybe i've install the gauge incorrectly. When the car is at idle it reads at around 2.0 and when i accelerate it decreases to 0. can someone explain in more detail about the use of this gauge ?
