Spider cracks in paint... covered under warrenty?

On my front left fender there was what I once thought as an imprefection in the paint. I was waxing my car the other day and when I got close I noticed this "imprefection" actually had very small spider cracks going from the top almost all the way down to the wheel well. I've had my car 11 months now and I am worried when I meet the district guy who will approve this possibly getting fixed under warrenty. He approved the rust removal on my side skirt that I showed him about 6 months ago I am hoping this time he will be as cool.

Has any noticed this problem and tried to get them to fix it free? I have never serviced the break fluid but it seems to me like one of the guys when topping the fluid off may have spilt it and never cleaned it up.

tell the rep your displeasure of ownership so far with so many flaws.

these cars should look flawless for years (less usual wear and tear).
