the roads are crowned to the right causing the car to pull a little to the right after a bit. Try to drive on a very level road like a highway on the far left lane and see if it still does it.

Sounds like you need an alignment.
its possible to have a bad alignment in the beginning if you drive fast over bumps or potholes and such if not it wasnt aligned properly at the factory.

My FA5, which I bought on 6/22, was pulling to the left. Took it in and the dealer said the alignment was off. After the alignment, the car was straight as an arrow and seems to handle slightly better now. Have your alignment checked.

my alignment is slightly off as well due to a pot hole, pulls to the right and is super annoying..

NitrousG35.. did they align it for free?

well i did drive into staten island yesterday, if any of you are in NY or know about the roads over here...i hit a bump or pot hole every 500 feet for an hour at 60 mph! so that may do it..the car is going in friday for other factory problems, ill tell them to check the alignment too..i mean its not TOO bad, but when the steering wheel is perfectly staright, the car goes a tad to the right. nothing too terrible i guess.

before you go, just to make me fell better please check the air pressure in your tires. this may not be the problem but to explane. if you put a cup on its side it will role arround at the bottom of the cup. this is the same for the tires on you car. you may have a allignment problem, but it kills me the money people spend on allignments because of a simple problem. also you can try cross rotating you tires side to side if it is a tire it will pull the other direction.

it could be air pressure, a poor alignemt, or uneven tire wear.

I took mine in for this last week, and they told me it was the new DBW system and that's how it's setup.

I noticed it only does it when my foot is on the throttle, and that's exactly what they told me it does. When you lay off the gas, it stays straight. Well, mine does anyways.

I dont see how DBW can effect the direction of your wheels.

Yes, they did. All under warranty. Car drives so much better afterwards.

1 whats DBW? and 2. checked my pressures on the front tires. the car was pulling to the right. just as someone said, my right tire had 31psi and the left had about 35psi...added some air to the right tire, steering wheel is straight, car is straight :)...however, when it goes in friday, ill have them check to see if it needs an alignment, since they will do it for free according to nitrousg35.

DBW is Drive By Wire which is basically the new style which throttle position is controlled via the ECU in the car rather than a cable.
And yes that tire pressure can make a rather large difference.
