5W30 in a 07 EX instead of 5W20

would this present any problems?

i dont think it should right?

I would put in what they specify for the most part however most manufactures switched to the lighter weight for CAFE compliance I believe.

ive used 5w-30 everytime i did oil change, no problem at all.

If anything, I woudl prefer to go 5W30 for the higher heat protection on both EX and Si.
