lights dont work

when i was out driving tonight i really noticed that my lights were not bright..(i rarely drive at night) but anyway i got out to look if my lights were working and they were not on. the only lights that work are my driving lights and highs. but when i switch to regular lights all i have is driving lights and parking lights on. can anybody tell me whats up before i go to honda?

BTW i think it was like this when i bought the car

If it was fuses, he wouldn't have highs as they use the same bulbs. Which ones are the parking lights and driving lights?
