where is the Trunk lamp fuse?

OK, My light in my trunk doesnt work. I went to the dealer today and they replaced the bulb, which didnt fix the problem. They were busy and told me to check the fuses. I checked the interior lights fuse and it looked fine?

What to do next?

I checked all the fuses- which are OK.....Also the third brake light works, which is connected to the same wireing as the lamp- So its something with the lamp housing?

How do you just happen to have a trunk lamp housing? That's not a common part at all.

Do the rest of your interior lights work and radio if stock?

If no then it could one of the relay fuses under the hood. it would either be the 10A or the 7.5 under it.

The thing is the third brake light works fine. And if you look under there, the wiring for the trunk lamp branches off of the third brake. So that means its getting power just fine.....

However all the interior lights and the trunk light and a lot of the accesories run off a relay in the fuse panel under the hood, So if your interior lights don't work as well, it might be the one under the hood.

You could always use a volt meter to see if your getting power to the bulb to rule out the bulb.

Yeah, I dont have a voltmeter- All my interior lights work fine though......So Im dropping it off at the dealer wednesday. I havd a gut feeling that its related to the lens assembly......
