just to put most everyone at ease...ticking fuel injectors is normal, they're a solenoid(electromagnet), they're suppose to "tick"...every car on the road ever built with fuel injectors, ticks...

to the OP, sounds like a heat shield is what's rattling

Yeah, everyone knows the ticking is the injectors. That is really old news, the guy raised the thread from the dead about an exhaust. It was the heatshield that was rattling. There were a few bolts loose.
