swap bulbs...
if the other bulb turns pinkish it is in fact a ballast problem which i seriously doubt but if it lights up white with the supposed bad ballast and if the other ballast lights up the other bulb pink then you know the bulb colorshifted bad and the bulb in fact is defective.

That is a result of a bulb going bad. You got a faulty bulb. PnP kits will do that..

Ok guys thanks for all of the input. Caveman, i decided to take your advice since i know you deal with headlights on a normal basis. I emailed the ebay member who i bought the kit from and he sent me 2 new bulbs all the way from china for free! No shipping or anything! I put the new one on my car today and it was infact a bulb problem (Thank god). If you look closely at this picture, the bulb on the left is cloudy in the middle bubble part on the inside of the bulb and there is a little crack below that too. The new bulb is on the right.(Sorry for the bad pics i used my cell phone)

And now theyre good as new! Thanks again everyone!

Glad everything worked out. HID bulbs have a long life span, but when they get old they will dim or just be bad . Look at the older Acura TL's 99-01 most of those are fading.

I think theres a problem that goes further then the bulbs. I got a friend with a 07 EX coupe with 10,000K HID and his driver side is significantly brighter and bluer then his passenger side. we always made fun of him for it he got his off ebay also. But now recently my 07 Si coupe is having the same problem, and again the DRIVER SIDE is bluer and brighter, i also have ebay HID (XenTec) my buddy has a different brand. Now i notice in ur pic that the DRIVER side light is brigher and more pink...i cant help to think that its either a really really big coinincedence or theres an actual problem with the eletrical in our vehicles.

btw, i have changed all my headlight fuses from 10amp to 20amp and my main headlight fuse to 30amp

i've heard that when a 4300k bulb starts to turn pink is about to die. i could be wrong but try switching bulb to other side to see if it could be the ballast.

It could also be partially due to angle of how you're looking at it. Both sides do NOT have equal beam patterns, the driver side will point inward (and downward) a little more than the passenger side.

I had a XenonDepot PnP kit a few years ago, and didn't have that problem. There could be quality control issues, so...

u do realize even the most expensive hid kits are assambled the same way with the same components, right?
Example: Mcculloch vs a 50 buck hid kit.
Same pieces and assambled the same without any testing but just pure copy of the hella generation 3. why do you think almost all kits look like theirs?
