Poor throttle response/hesitation

Hey guys-

About two weeks ago I started noticing a whistling/whining sound when I accelerate at lower rpms along with very poor throttle response. I thought perhaps it was due to the fact that my MAF sensor or filter was dirty so I cleaned both of those put it back together and it still ran the same. So I got to thinking maybe I should try putting my stock airbox back on... so i took my Injen CAI off and put the stock airbox back on and it still does the same thing. Very hesitant throttle response along with a very loud whistle. I have checked all my vacuum lines and can't seem to find any leaks or any loose clamps. It's really starting to bother me and i'm afraid to take it to Honda because I highly doubt they will warranty anything because of my mods. By the way my car only has 12,000 miles on it.

Any idea what might be wrong guys?

You try a fuel system cleaner yet? Injectors dirty, perhaps.

what mods do you have? besides the intake that you already removed
if you really dont want to take it to teh dealer, try disconnecting the battery and doing the ecu break in...that could help the bad throttle response, bu the whistle is most likely because somthing is loose.
