HFP Front lip install help...

Well I ran to the store today trying to find 3mm and 10mm drill bits what a PITA. Knowbody carries them the closest I could find was 2.8mm and 9.9mm. Will this be ok, I really could'nt see this being a problem but I just want to double check...

Well the fact that it calls for a 10mm and u dont have a 10mm would tell me its a problem. I HIGHLY doubt it will fit. I dont get how u cant find the correct sizes. Home depot, lowes, sears,...they gotta have them. Thats where I got mine from..

None of them had metric lowes, sears hardware, home depot, and napa....The guy at napa did not think of it being a problem.

You're only 0.2 mm (0.008") off... if these are for pilot holes, you're fine.

3mm = 0.118", so #31 (0.120") or #32 (0.116") should also work
10mm = 0.394", so 25/64" (0.391") or X (0.397) should also work

Numbered and lettered series bits should also be easier to find than metric. :)

its fine man just use them, the holes dont gotta be an exact size just make sure its big enough for the bolt to fit in but not too big to where the bolt has nothing to hold on to.

i didnt even have metric bits only standard so i used sizes that were close to that and mine came out fine
