white plastic bolt, like the brass one sometimes supplied as a plug? you screw it on to the TB spacer...

look at every side of the spacer. there is a small hole that is there for nitrous- you'll find it- just screw the plug into that hole as tightly as you can.

We don't know; use the other DIY (sorry for the cheap photos; I didn't feel like whipping out the SLR for it. Nor my training and degree and photography for that matter .)
