now what if you put 2 gaskets on each side (total 4) rather than 1 gasket on each side (total 2, normal setup)?

the bolts prolly won't be long enough... and this wasn't just made up there was some research done on this... too much space and it affects your A/F, etc...

How will this install affect the people with the injen cai? It doesn't look like it would but it does raise some concern to me. My injen was the snuggest of snug fits in the world and I would think pushing it back a few inches with the spacer would cause some issues. Anyone?

I was wondering if this will work for a R18? On Corsport, it says Si only. This looks like a great mod and sounds ideal for me. Cheap, hp gains and easy install. Great DIY

nice job, although I would prefer to paint it possibly something to match the IM and TB.

it will not work...

the R18 uses "o" rings on the TB and the intake manifold... so it's not really easy to duplicate the same kind of seal that u need...

any plug would do... as long as it fits in the hole to seal it...

even if u have a screw that will fit in there it will work...

contact whoever you bought it from. they should be able to take care of you- or contact P2R. at the very least they can tell you what size plug or screw you will need.

I got a very-hard-to-tighten brass plug; it sounds like they started supplying plastic ones. You absolutely have to tighten it off the install. It cannot be accessed otherwise.
