For the past few weeks now I've been looking through "Mechanical Problems" thread and it would seem that people have been having a lot of issues with our cars and not having the Honda cover it (at least thats how it seems). I know that dealerships frown on aftermarket parts but I also know that they can't deny coverage unless they can prove it.

I know of quite a few people on here that have heavily modified there vehicles with the use of NOS or some other form of FI. My 1st question would be, the folks who have FI in there car do you drive your cars hard (stay in vtec and reach redline alot)? Have you experienced internal engine failure at all? 2. For those of you who are N/A how do you drive and have you guys had any engine troubles?

The only power mods I have in my car are K&N Drop-in (i know for a fact wouldn't cause harm), Magnaflow Cat-back, RT HFC, Hondata Reflash. Obviously the reflash ups the rev limit but I was under the impression that thats what our cars were meant for. I don't hit redline very often but when I do I want to be able to do it without being like " o shit, i hope i don't blow a valve or piston". I DON'T abuse my car i.e. constantly race it, power shift, hard shifts, but like all of you at one point or another I do wanna and go fast. How much does that hurt the vehicle?
