Which fuse is the best fuse to fuse tap?

Okay so I am hardwiring a radar detector line to the fuse box. I have a fuse tap but i need to know which fuse is the best to tap! I dont want it blowing something like my fuel pump or my alternator, yet I need to have it on when the car is on. Thanks much!

theres a DIY on here somewhere.. I think its a big green wire in your light dome thingy

im talking about the fuse box, but i used the search button and found it in electrical... so you can close this thread.
