UK Civic probs

Hello All,

Surprising to see all the problems out there that exist with the new model in the US. We had a Jazz (from the home page believe it's the FIT in the US) as the kid's taxi prior to changing this to the Civic - excellent little car ideal for this country - not a single prob in 2 1/2 yrs of ownership.

I've rejected our Civic EX (5 dr hatch) for the following and believe it or not have not heard squat from the dealer - have been dealing with Honda UK - excellent customer service - not!

Day 2 of ownership clutch slip - prob with cruise control sensor

Engine ecu probs - almost stalls when you slow/brake at junctions

Rear shocks despite being changed once already (allegedly) continue to rattle continuously. No date given for replacements and really pissing me off

Passenger front door misaligned - went into body shop to be repaired.

From reading thru threads etc can see most y'all are the wrong side of the pond - any ideas where I can go for info closer to home or are there any registered UK owners out there that can share experiences ??

Either way will keep this on the favourites and read on.
