Lighter flywheels will free up sprung weight and also let your car rev faster. I've never had one but have wanted one forever. The honda ones are probably 25 lbs or more. I've seen them for about 260 bucks on corsports website.

I have a detailed post here on the Exedy Hyper Single Stage III clutch and flywheel combo. To summarize, the stock flywheel is about 15lbs. The Exedy flywheel is 9.5lbs. I would not suggest a flywheel that is heavier than stock, nor would I recommend the ACT flywheel (others have posted bad reviews on that one).

just put a new clutch in and resurface(cut) the existing flywheel. Important thing is to have a clutch disk and pressure plate that can handle your new power.
