Boy do I Have Bad Luck or What!

This morning I was on my way to school, and some ass cuts me off and T-bones the whole passengers side of my vehicle. I couldn't give chase or get the plate # because this A** cut in the grass with this big Ford F-350. Most people are very inconsiderate with us that drive smaller vehicles because in the end the know the final out come, small loses and big wins. Took the vehicle for an esitmate at their quoating right at 5k worth of damage. I'm not too happy that this point in time. There was not a scratch or ding on this car before this happened. I just put my RSX wheels on the car too, and I think it looks great with these wheels on it. I've recieved alot of compliments in regards to this car lately. Now, I have to file against my insurance in results my rates now will increase! I've posted photos of the damage to the car. I still have no clue in regards to how the back bumper got cracked.

Traffic cameras, other witnesses? Seen the truck before? I hate it when people like that get away with things.

Hmm...is there anyway that you don't have to file a claim? I dunno if your rate will increase or not, but for that reason, I probably wouldn't have filed a claim with the insurance and just payed out of pocket, only because I wouldn't have had the plate # of the vehicle. But if you happen to see that truck again, perhaps tomorrow or the next day you go to school, you should get it. Then file a hit and run complaint with your insurance driver. I think that's a felony at that point. I dunno how the insurance company will handle that, but good luck.

By the way, you should sell me your bumpers if they decide to get you new ones (which is a possibility )

This blows to the max man! i think hit and runs are probably the worst thing that can happen. you know who hit you but can't do anythign about it! But i guess there is a brighter side, the guy didn't total your car and ran right? But hope a witness comes out of the blue or something for you.

Do you have uninsured motorist coverage? File a police report and get a copy to your insurance company ASAP and they should be able to take care of you.
