Exclamation Serious Problem Help!!!!

I got a problem with my 06 Si . I drive it daily and I noticed when I take my foot of the throttle, It jumps up RPMss Like if I switch at 4 it jumps to five and a half. then when I take my foot of the gas sometimes it just hangs ,, like I have throttle hang or something . can any one tell me if this is normal? has any one else had this problem with their car? When I take off in first hard and try to switch her at 7 1/2 she won't go into 2nd rite away . its like she rakes on the tranny .. HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Have No Idea.. Is That What Is Could Be? See I'm Really New With This Kind Of Stuff So I Was Hoping Some One Could Tell Me What It Could Be .. Sounds Like It Might Work Lol

Second: don't write in caps
Third: you posted in the wrong area
Fourth: you have rev-hang. this is a common issue with si's. There are ways of "fixing" it by getting a reflash, but you will most likely just need to adjust your driving style.

Thank you very much .. so am I just driving her to hard.. and where do I go to get it reflashed.. should I bring it back to the dealer where I got it .. ? Sorry I don't mean to panic. and act all crazy but as any car lover its my baby and I hate hitting a snag .. thank you very much for the repost and the welcome .. . and where should i post if I am writing in the wrong area .. I am new to the site to lol .. so many mess ups on my end I know my bad ,

yes welcome! revhang can be fixed up to a point. the car will still have some old tendencies but it will be alot better. go to a dealer and ask for a reflash of the ecu due to rev-hang.
