Excellent! Odd thing is my vin doen't fall within the range listed. But I have had this problem since day 1. I may bring this bulletin to my dealer's attention anyway, see what they say. Thanks for lookin' out, the bulletin came out today!

well for me it would actually take me more of a hassle getting an appt. and have them have my car for prob more than a day cause they wont have the part in stock. so for me ordering a $5 part and taking 20 min to swap it out would be the best thing and the easiest thing to do

I just noticed a light popping sound from my front left that seems to happen at low speeds and rpm while letting off of the gas like it down shifts into first 1500 rpms or so. I just had the HFP suspension put on and dont remember it making this noise before that. I was afraid it was my transmission. Is this the niose theyre talking about?

It's definitely a popping noise, like a tennis ball being hit really hard or some sort of *boing*. I don't know if anyone else can confirm this, but for me, there is NO mistaking this sound. It's not one of those noises where you're like "I think i heard it there". For me, this popping sound is like, "Wow, WTF was that?!?!". EDIT: Oh, and also i can always isolate the sound to either the front left or right wheel area. |
