You guys probley already know this but;with lowering done to your car they won't touch your suspension. Took mine in and they refused to even work on the area!!. I did ask them how much it would cost, they said they would charge me 300$ for the job!!!! So i called up another highley trusted place and they said 80$. Can you belive them F@cker$!! From what i have herd from alot of ppl on here that have got it fixed is that its the bump stops, not realy sure the prob but i think if you cut them down a tad it removes the noise, there is a thread on here somewhere talkin bout it

popping sound

I had an '06 Si coupe-popping sound when turning or hitting dips in road. they replaced struts twice-finally replaced bump stops problem went away.
I traded in the '06 and got an '08 Mugen. Guess what???Same damn problem only this time its louder. I don't even need a TSB I can go in with my old records. I don't know why these simple things don't get fixed.
Have them check your bump stops.

Just got my car back from the dealer for A/C problems and suspension knocking. Showed the TSB to the service writer, he was very nice about it. They took it in, couldn't reproduce the sound but under visual inspection found that the bump stop on the driver front was indeed sticking. Also looked into the problem more and found a revised TSB(I dont have the number) and ended up replacing the bump stop on the passenger side as well. All this and my car isn't even included under the original TSB. Courtesy Honda in Sanford FL FTMFW!
