Weird shake/vibration/grind w/ SS and bushings taking 1st out of gear.

My TWM SS and corsport cable bushings have both been awesome.. but, ever since I've got them I've noticed this weird shake/vibration/grind when I'm moving 1st out of the gate into neutral -> 2nd. When I try to reproduce it I never can. It happens randomly when I'm just upshifting.

I grinded pretty bad when I first got the SS going into 1st from neutral too fast. Could this be the cause?

Or maybe this is just the aluminum cable bushings transmitting more feedback to my hand from an already existing vibration.
