Front Passenger Wheel Vibration

After having a valve stem crack in my front passenger wheel I lost all the air in the tire and had a flat. I had to ride on it flat for a little bit to get it off of the road and over to the shoulder. I changed my rim (enkei evo V) and replaced it with the spare and took the Enkei rim to a garage to have a stem replaced. When the enkei rim was re-installed I experienced vibration when reaching 60mph and up. The thing is the vibration only occours when I give the car gas at those speeds and the vibration sound has a contant rythm as i hold down on the gas. I never had any problem with vibration at anyspeed prior to this flat tire. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

No i didn't get it rebalanced. I told the mechanic it only vibrated when I gave it gas and he said it wasn't a balancing problem.

Do you think the rim is bent from driving on it flat for a little bit?

Check the all tire PSI if that doesn't help get it rebalanced...if that doesn't help..get an alignment.

It could be but....if it ins't too severe then a balanceing of the wheels will take the shake out...Secondly stock wheels are less likly to bend then aftermarket ones due to weight.
