Ok torque specs for the Upper Torque Rod on the R18A1 auto and manual and the K20Z3 is 47 lbf-ft. Torque order is the two short first and the one long second. Also for what its worth helms say to replace the bolts. They say that in every helms I've had. I only replace bolts that I feel are critical so you do what you think is best.
