little ss fix...

ok so i had my ss installed for a long time now as well as the base bushings
i later purchased the corsport shifter cable bushings and well everything worked fine...

until it started getting weird going into 4th and 2nd gears and 6th as well...it seemed all the "lower" gears (gears that go down) are giving trouble...so i was like.. what the heck? ya it seemed like they were going in way too stiff to be normal, sometimes it felt like i wasnt even going in at all, but were engaged indeed. it bothered me for a while because i was getting no "ffedback" per se on the gears...

anywayz after testing it like mad and checking everything, i realised that the little adapter moved everything down and so the black cover that goes onto the blue cap was rubbing the bottom black mount (where the base bushings go)

so i removed everything, pulled out the cotter pin, moved the black cover over, so the blue cap is exposed, and grinded the shit out of the black mount where it was rubbing...

result : NO MORE TROUBLE!!!!!!!!!
woo i feel good now

if anyone has quesitons, feel free, or share your experience with this same problem, thanks

no my problem wasnt with the cable bushings, it was with the shifter itself..the mechanism inside the car
