Highway noises, please help.

Ok, i get two noises that i only hear when im on the highway. The first is the most concerning to me. Now, i have read other post about a humming a tlow rpm's which was fixed by a tsb, but i get a humming when im on the highway only. It hums up and down but stays pretty consistant. Im usually at around 3k rpm in 5th gear. It is pretty loud and i was wondering if anyone else experiences this problem.

The other noise i get is a very high pitch whistle. im pretty sure it is the tires because when im on different road surfaces, i.e. blacktop concrete, harder or softer concrete its is either a different pitch or gone completely. This sound is only on the highway as well.

the only whistle i've ever noticed is when i'm sitting in the passenger seat of my FA and my wndow is down. it's like a wind whistle, and i can't figure out where it's coming from. obviously someone else is driving the car.

I get the humming sound on the highway also. I have an 07 SI coupe and have only noticed it recently. I have had an Injen CAI for a while and have never heard any noise... until now. Its REALLY load at 70-77 MPH and I dont hear it if i go faster then 78. It sounds like either the intake, exhaust or might be the transmission cause its coming from the drivers side. It echoes pretty bad inside if the music is off.

Did this happen before you put on your CAI? Is it a humming noise from the engine compartment or is it outside (like a tire or exhaust?)

not before my intake, but didnt show up until a looong time after my intake

it sounds like a combo of both: Its coming from the front left (like the intake) and the rear exhaust. Funny thing is I can only hear it at 70-79 MPH. Im going to play with it a little and try things like taking it out of gear at 79 MPH and see if the noise is still there with the RPMs down.

Any mechanics on here?

just got back from honda and it turns out my passenger rear shock was blown and it threw the rear tires out of alignment and now they are destroyed. the noise was coming from the rear tires, but it was hard to tell cuz the noise echoed thru the whole car.
