question on stock exhaust

Just got my 07 civic si 5 days ago, now I have about 250 miles on her and noticed alot of black residue on my exhaust. Is this normal? or is the car burning oil?

Yep, that's just carbon build up. Perfectly normal: Blackened exhaust tip
