LED Lights on HVAC

So i was taking my EX Sedan to the dealer the other day for the 4th attempt to fix a vibration problem I described elsewhere in this forum and I noticed all of my LED lights were off on my HVAC Vent Selection Buttons. Thinking none were selected I pressed the dash vents. The airflow switched to those vents, but the lights still were not working. I tried all of them and none were working. I do not believe this is a fuse, but I added to the list of problems when i dropped it off at the service department and picked up my loaner car......FYI, my loaner was a used Toyota Corolla, now I know why I didnt buy one of those either, yuck!!

Mine started doing this recently. It's random though. I didn't think to add it to the forum. Glad I'm not the only one with the problem. I talked with the service department and they said it's all covered under warranty. I'm just going to wait until I need my regular maintenance and then have them pull the dash out and do whatever is needed.

Mine is random now as well. I went at lunch today to try to get my car back. They had me drive it again and still had all the same problems. If you hit the buttons on the dash hard enough they will light up, but as soon as you hit another bump in the road they are off again.

Well, when you discover exactly what is causing it, let me know. I may be able to solve it on my own. Thanks!

The dealership is replacing the entire switch assembly under warranty. Not sure if they will give me any further details as to whats actually going wrong.
