Question Possible electrical problem?

I'm having issues with the interior lighting of my car.

I have the brightness of the gauges set to one below the BRIGHT setting. The last few nights, when my lights are on, I get a random jump in the brightness level. All my gauges, radio lighting, etc. will flash to the brightest setting for a sec then go back to normal.

Most of the time this happens at low speeds, i.e. parking, pulling out of a parking lot, driving through my apt complex. Every now and then it'll do it at higher cruising speeds.

Any thoughts?
