Take it to the dealer. Should be covered under warranty.

Could be something as simple as the brake relay switch, that lets the transmission know the brake pedal is engaged before allowing you to select a gear.

Something the dealership should look at tho...

The CAI shouldn't effect this at all. The only time you have a problem with mods and warranties is when the aftermarket part is the direct cause of the failure for any part it's connected to.

i.e. CAI caused failure of TB

I can't see how a CAI could affect whether or not your brake lights work or whether your car shifts out of P.

My best friend had an AEM V2 intake on his Accord and the dealership never said anything to him when he took the car in for problems. The dealership even took it off that Accord when he traded it in on a new Accord, and then installed it for him on the new one.

Take it to the dealership.

Perhaps during instalation he cut a wire or grounded a wire improperly. It could lead to this cacuse. Remove the CAI and take it to a dealership. If you have doubts about this method, call a bunch of local dealerships and ask them if they will still work on your car under the warranty if you have a CAI installed. It doesn't hurt to ask, and don't give them your name; it's a general question.

Was it running after the CAI install?

And don't let the dealership give you crap over the CAI. Have them tow it in for you.

The horn and brakelights might be on the same fuse. check your fuse box and see if any of them are blown or burnt. Must be a new safety precaution on the new cars. i had a problem like that with my old 89 Accord DX. When i blow the horn.. the brake lights would stop working because they weer on the same fuse. Electrical fault somewheer was to blame.

A CAI does not void your warranty. Take it to the dealer.

Courtesy of sitting for months without being started, my car had issues last week when I got in it. The horn didn't work and about 5 other things including my cruisecontrol. Check your main fuse box under the hood. Look in your manual for the proper fuse that controls your horn, check it. It may be blown. Thats what I did. I changed the fuse and now the car is fine.

It is definitly a fuse or a relay. More likely a fuse. Check your horn, and brake light fuses, and your brake relay; I am pretty sure that automatics have one in the fuse box.

Sounds like a fuse issue, don't panic, just check all your fuses, it's easy enough
