Unhappy Broken Battery Fuse? Stero Doesnt Work

Alright so I'm a n00b when it comes to working on cars. I installed my Injen CAI last night and it sounds great!

But while I was pulling out the battery I made a little oops! There is a clear cable running to the positive battery connection that looked like it screwed off in the middle. Well, I assumed I could just unscrew it apart instead of unbolting the connection from the battery. Well, to my surprise, I pulled it apart and glass broke apart inside. It screwed it back together but now my car after market stereo doesnt get any sound!

Anyone know what I broke and/or how much it might cost???

It sounds like a big fuse for your power wire.. Go to the audio shop and get another one. :)

Is that power wire/big fuse something that comes stock?

I just never looked under the hood before I got my aftermarket deck installed so I don't know if it's something they might have added during install.

That fuse is from the audio shop, it was put in during the install of your stereo, most likely for your amp, take it back to them and get it replaced

If it isnt in the main fusebox or a tiny cabin fuse panel its aftermarket. The bigger buses usually run about 10 -15 bucks at an audio shop
