VSA Issues
My VSA, !, Brake and ABS lights randomly flashes while driving under normal circumstances. This all started after a foglight install gone bad. Cut some
wires, blew some fuses you know. My wife crunk up the car while the intake was apart and threw CEL. I unhooked the battery and got rid of the CEL. But I cant get rid of the other alerts? Any suggestions?????????? |

I know what the CEL was from. Like I said my wife crunk the car up while the intake was apart and the O2 censor was out. In my subaru disconnecting the battery and pressing the brake in to drain the residual power resets the ecu Oh and I wasnt that concerned about the CEL. Was more worried about the vsa flashing. I messed up and cut a wire that I wasnt suposed to cut. It was a red wire behind the kick panel. But I properly reconnected the wires with butt connectors. so other than that I cannot think of how a foglight install can affect something like ABS or VSA?? Anyways I took the car to the dealer today. They are keeping it over night. should find out something in the morning. Last edited by 07si&06wrx; 05-23-2007 at 10:13 PM. |
