A/C Noise

Everytime I turn on my AC it gets really loud. The fans turns on and off and on and off. Is this normal? If not, what could be the problem

dude, don't you see there is something wrong with your left fan? Take it in immediately before it jumps out.

Hey,I have the same noise even with no A/C on.I believe its a A/C compressor and I think its normal.Something is wrong with your right fan(left on the video) ,thats for sure.

wow the right fan is loose or bent on left side in video.....so crazy a animal must have climbed in there.....as far as it turning on and off if there is a big gap between cycles its normal....it's supposed to turn on and off....
