Lightweight Flywheel = Tranny noise?

How's it goin' everyone. I have a competition clutch lightweight flywheel, and my tranny makes noise at idle in neutral (like a clicking or ticking noise) and a whining when decelerating while in gear; it's the worst at like 4000 RPMs in 3rd and 4th gear, while going down a hill. I never hear it when I am accelerating though. I just had the entire transmission rebuilt, all bearings replaced, and the noise is still there (the tranny was rebuilt to fix 2nd and 3rd gear grinding issues).I was wondering if it could be related to the lightweight flywheel. Anyone else have a lightweight flywheel with these issues? Any help would really be appreciated.

nope lightened flywheel doesn't cause the noise. well atleast mine doesn't and i have an exedy lightened flywheel and makes no strange noises compared to stock. what kind of clutch do you have btw?
