Front Bumper Lower Grill

Just wondering if the front bumper lower grill is replaceable or whether its part of the whole front bumper? Hit something on the highway today and broke the grill... Haven't had time to look at it much yet as will be away for the weekend. Just wondering what I'm facing in terms of repair....

it is part of the bumper.

okay... well I'm not missing any of the 'fins' that make up the grill.... but the vertical support pieces have cracked and seperated from the 'fins'... other than that, the grill is okay. Is there an adhesive/glue that I can use that will bond the plastic pieces back together? and last.....

Can someone please tell me how I can replace the lower front bumper grill? Its a long story of what happened to it. Im not a big fan of billet grills, but maybe I can buy one and hopefully it comes in black if not it will be painted black. I want it to look as much as oem as possible. Also I have the 4dr si so I hope installing fogs with billet grill wont be a problem. OEM ID RATHER BUY. But as I heard its part of the bumper which cant be oem replaceable unless another bumper is replaced. Anyone know any good lower girlls? Please post links
