1st gear hesitation, then RPM hang after shift...

I was reading up on the Hondata reflashes this morning and noticed this:
Honda has released an upgrade for the 06 Civic Si ECU. As of August 1 2006 Hondata has incorporated these changes 06 Civic Si reflash. the 07 model incorporates this fix. Honda lists the problems addressed as:

* Hesitation in first gear
* RPM hang when shifting

I have an 07 and actually have noted this problem. This is probably something I should bring up to the dealer eh? Anyone else have this happen to them with an 07?

I have an 07 Si Sedan with the same issues, primarily Rev Hang and poor throttle response. Nothing is out for the 07 Si. I'm going to push the issue in a few weeks after my move is over.
