Oil Change

I was wondering if theirs anyway not to get oil all over the cv joint when you change the oil on a K20z3? as soon as i pull the filter off oil goes everywhere I hate that!! I really want to maintain a clean engine bay and underbody for show purposes but Its kind of hard when you got oil all over the place if anyone knows a better way id like to hear it. Thanks ELK20Z3!!
