Woohoo

Hello everybody,
I am not sure if this is the right forum for my question, but anyways I am posting it :)
I put some scratches on my front bumper. Here are some photos:

What is the the solution here? Can I fix this using the paint pens from http://www.paintscratch.com/?

Thanks,
Amir

Two days ago someone mit me in the Parking lot and put about a 2 feet Black Scuff Mark on my car. I used Nail Polish Remover to get the Scuff Mark off and then washed the Nail Polish off and put about 5 coats of wax on it.
I got all of it off except the point of initial impact that took off about a quarter size of paint of the left rear bumper section.
Do I have to wet sand that too or just get some touchup paint?
I hate people that do damage to your car and then don't even leave a note.

Looks like it's not even into the paint...it should come right off with a cleaner wax or paint polish.
