Cell Phone Car charger not working in either power outlet

Has anyone else had a problem with their Cell phone charger in their civic? My charger originally worked in both outlets but no any more.

I tried twisting and turning the darn thing to no avail. I thought I would check for a blown fuse but I do not see any reference to the power outlets in the fuse section of the manual.

It's not the cell phone charger as it works fine in my other Honda. I even tried to use my son's GameBoy advance recharger for his toy and that didn't work either.

It appears that I will need to brining it into the dealership but was hoping to avoid that.

Have you checked all the fuses? Look in the manual and find which fuse protects the power outlets. It may be blown.

outlets only work when the car is on.

This is true to a degree, the key doesnt have to be fully on, only one click forward for the radio and outlets to work
