Hey i realize this threads been dead for a month but thanks a bunch for the reference to the news letter.. Not only do i have the transmission problem but my windshield wiper has been squeaking.. guess this will help me with both.
Now the only question is should i wait to put in the amsoil i ordered and have them put in the new honda oil.. hmm

You just gotta make sure you push the clutch down to the floor for 2nd gear at high rpms.

my 2nd gear grinds sometimes when i try and shift agressively, (not power shifting) and my 3rd gear has started to grind or lock out alittle when my car first warms up. im taking it in. i have like 8500 miles.

I bought a 06-07 manual transmission car not listed and have problems w/ my gears

07 CSX-S 3rd gear hasn't popped out on me yet but it's very stubborn when cold.

Had the MTM done seemed ok for a little while, now that it's getting colder it is starting to act up again.

Both of my Si's still shift perfect. Now that it is getting colder here in Ontario, they are both a bit stiff until the car warms up, but no grinding or popping out of gear. The Amsoil is working perfect.

I let a friend who has never driven an Si drive my 06 Si the other day and he had no problems at all. Maybe I just got lucky.
