OMG do I hate insurance companies...they are (after paying the first part of the settlement) trying to say that my policy was not in force. I have all documentation stating that it was in fact in force. After talking to insurance guy, he calls my girl up trying to twist her words around on her to make her say that it was cancelled. Pulling at straws is what they are doing. I'm so sick of this sh*t.

Earlier today, some lady from ins called and said that the guy whom I slid into was trying to sue them for damages. Uh, hello buddy, I wasn't at fault. They called later and said they "had the wrong person". Anyway, I have once again contacted my lawyer. I'm tired of my insurance company dicking me around and I am going after this douchebag for all of this. At first I was willing to take whatever and go, but I'm not longer willing to do that. This has caused me lots of problems and losses that I just can't ignore.

I'll keep everyone posted.

I seriously hate insurance companies too. That's why everything is to go through my attorney first with my accident. I've never talked to them once since my attorney has gotten involved a week after the fact. Just be patient. Everything will work out.
