help with a 2003 civic

My brother has has 2003 EX and said that when ever he turns it is making a squeeking noise. I havent drivin, looked, or heard it yet. any heads up on what it might be? A belt or power steering maybe? Any info would be great before i look at it to have a heads up on it.

probably the belt if it goes away in a few seconds or becomes lower.
