What does this TSB mean?

Does anybody know what this means?

it means there is not yet a recall for the problem but there is a formal complaint that honda has recognized on many cars, but not enough complaints or damages to make it a recall.

if you have any problems with your car that that describes, bring it in and tell tehm youwant that TSB done.

to summarize the TSB, there is a damaged connector at the fuse box that is above the drivers foot rest...sometimes it causes problem, sometimes it doesnt.

Never heard of this TSB before but it looks like it could give a false warning light
